Train Smarter so you can Play Harder.
We want to help give you direction in the gym while giving you an opportunity to train with other athletes and keep you strong. Keep playing your sport AND doing your training program throughout the Summer! These sessions are for any athlete, from any sport, that are wanting to continue strength training over the Summer. You have the option to come 1x a week or 2x a week for 1.5 hours each session!
WHEN: Mondays and/or Wednesdays from 1:30pm-3:30pm
WHERE: Going Yard Training Center
COST: 1.5 hour sessions 2x week = $175 +gst – This equals $22 a session!
1.5 hour sessions 1x week = $100 +gst – This equals $25 a session!
WHO: Athletes who want to continue lifting on their own
