This is an introductory class taught by a Certified Exercise Physiologist.
This exercise class is for you if:
– You have Osteoporosis or Arthritis in any of your joints
– You’ve found yourself worrying more about your pain and fear of falling, rather than living your life
– You want to begin an exercise program to get stronger and improve your balance
The program includes:
– Initial assessment
– An interactive exercise class with exercises to improve posture, balance, mobility and strength.
– Education on bone and joint health
– Home program and tracking sheet
– Post-program assessment
This program runs from your choice of 1x per week for 16 weeks
OR 2x per week for 8 weeks.
