Fitness in the Park is a 5 week program geared towards getting you moving with proper technique and form during your lunch break!
The program includes:
– Proper movement mechanics
– Mobility drills
Who: Anyone and everyone! From experienced athletes to those just wanting to start moving.
When: Date and time not yet determined. Let us know if you’re interested!
Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12:15pm – 1:00pm
Where: Kiwanis Park, North of the Delta Bessborough
Cost: $120 – works out to be only $12 per session!
