One on one training
Individual Training is a one-on-one session designed to help you achieve your health and fitness goals. These sessions provide you with dedicated attention and time between you and a trainer. A program is designed specifically to help you reach your goals, and is modified as the training progresses to ensure that you achieve maximum results. We will find flexible times that work best for you.
Individual One Hour Training Sessions: Great for you to come on your own, or with a friend or significant other that wants to join you. Help motivate each other to be better – or enjoy these training sessions on your own. The price stays the same for two people doing the same program.
Price: $100/hour or $1800/20 session pkg (10% discount)
Individual Half Hour Training Sessions: If you’ve done one hour sessions and are struggling to find the time to fit a whole hour in your day, come for half instead! These half hour training sessions are shorter and more condensed plans, great for mid-day workouts. These half hours are available for 1 or 2 people per session.
Price: $65.00/half hour or $1170.00/20 session pkg (10% discount)
Mini Group Training Sessions: Split the cost and workout with your friends during times that work best for you, in these small mini group training sessions. These one hour sessions are available for you and two other people to come and join a small group workout together. You’ll get one program with the ability to make adaptations if needed for each person. Only valid for groups of 3 people.
Price: $120/hour or $2160/20 session pkg (10% discount)
