This program is designed by men, for men and is taught by one of our Strength and Conditioning Coaches.
Learn to lift weights with proper technique to get stronger.
Learn to feel comfortable and confident lifting weights on your own.

When:
Wednesdays from 7:00pm – 8:00pm at Craven SPORT services
Saturdays from 11:00am -12:00pm at The Going Yard Training Centre
New sessions start November 1, 2017 – December 20, 2017

Cost: $175+gst for 7 weeks
