These programs are designed to teach young athletes proper movement patterns, body mechanics, and provide an introduction to strength training. These programs will help with injury prevention, as well as help improve your strength, endurance, mobility, agility, balance, coordination, and speed. Learn to move correctly as you grow as an athlete. Programs will be periodized throughout the year to help promote athlete development in your sport.
Athlete Performance is designed for high school aged athletes, ages 14+. The program runs 2x/week for 1.5 hours each session, to give more time allotted to stability and mobility at the beginning and end of the workout.
Athlete Development is designed for youth ages 12-14. The program runs 2x/week for 1 hour each session. When they are younger we don’t want to spend too much time in the gym. We want to make sure they are doing the right movement patterns without overloading them.
The Flex Athlete Program is designed for High Performance Athletes that are in the Flex School Plan. Athletes can do their own program, while having supervision from a Strength & Conditioning Coach, and sign up for the times that work best for them.
