Individual supervised training provides allocated times to complete your individual training program, prepared in advance by a Craven SPORT services Physiotherapist or Strength & Conditioning Coach. Under the supervision of a certified Strength & Conditioning Coach, you’ll ensure proper technique, execution, and progression.
Participation in all supervised training sessions requires either:
DAYS & TIMES
Monday: 9:30am, 12:00pm
Tuesday: 7:00am, 5:30pm
Wednesday: 9:30am, 12:00pm
Thursday: 7:00am, 5:30pm
Friday: 9:30am, 12:00pm
10 pack: $100.00 + GST
*To ensure you continue to progress and challenge your body, we recommend a program refresh each month. These can be scheduled with a Strength and Conditioning Coach, for $80.00/1-hour one-on-one session.
