SUPERVISED Training

Supervised Training sessions provide allocated times to complete your individual training program, prepared in advance by a Craven SPORT services Physiotherapist or Strength & Conditioning Coach. Under the supervision of a certified Strength & Conditioning Coach, you’ll ensure proper technique, execution, and progression.

Participation in all supervised training sessions requires either:

  1. The completion of an INTRO PACKAGE with a Craven SPORT services Strength & Conditioning Coach; or
  2. The receival of a program with a Craven SPORT services Physiotherapist.

 


 

Supervised Training sessions are available during our ‘Flex Training Times’ offered daily at the CSS Training Centre.

Sessions are 60 minutes in duration, and begin every half hour during Flex Training.

 

Flex Training times: 

Mondays: 6:00-8:30am, 9:30am-1:00pm, 5:00-6:30pm

Tuesdays: 6:00-8:30am, 9:30am-1:00pm, 5:00-7:00pm

Wednesdays: 6:00-8:30am, 9:30am-1:00pm, 8:00-9:00pm

Thursdays: 6:00-8:30am, 9:30am-1:00pm, 5:00-7:00pm

Fridays: 6:00-8:30am, 9:30am-1:00pm, 5:00-6:30pm

Saturdays: 10:30-11:30am

 

Price:

Rehab 5-pack: $65.00 ($13.00/session)

20-pack: $240.00 ($12.00/session)

100-pack: $1000.00 ($10.00/session)

 

*To ensure you continue to progress and challenge your body, we recommend a program refresh each month. These can be scheduled with a Strength and Conditioning Coach, for $80.00/1-hour one-on-one session.

Cancellation Policy: Craven SPORT services has a cancellation policy of 12 hours notice for all Training Centre Classes. Clients who fail to give the required 12 hours notice  will be charged in full for the value of the class. CSS Training Centre Classes include: Supervised Training, Progressional Training, Athlete Supervised Training, Learn to Move, High Performance Training, Strong(HIM) and Strong(HER) Phase 2.
