This program is an on-boarding process where our trainer will help you identify your health and training goals, teach you “how to” do a variety of the fundamental exercises that are used here at Craven SPORT services and begin to develop an individualized program that you would then be able to join any of our training programs here at Craven SPORT services.
The Intro Package is 3 one-hour sessions done within a two-week time frame. The program will teach you the “HOW TO’s” so that you can get started into one of our training programs, help determine what your goals are, and how to get there. The purpose is for the trainer and yourself to have a better understanding of your current fitness level before joining a small group or individual training sessions. This intro package will help to show you the basic movement patterns and terminology the Craven SPORT services staff uses in all of their programming – all with the goal of helping us help you. After this intro package, you will receive 10% off your purchase of a training package, or small group program.
