Kinder-GYM is a combined training group for parents and their kids that are ages 3-6 years old. You will receive two separate programs in these one hour classes, one for you, and one for your child, with some combined activities during the hour.
The kids’ workout will be fun and engaging while learning how to move through playing games and activities. The kids’ session will be split up into the active portion for 45 minutes, with a snack provided at the end of the sessions, for 15 minutes. Children must be walking and talking.
The parents’ workouts focus on introducing and continually improving all aspects of physical fitness with the primary goal of keeping you healthy and enjoying everything life has to offer. These small group sessions are led by educated fitness professionals, and go through various styles of workouts in a gym setting that will help you attain and maintain the fit and healthy body you have been searching for – all while educating you on how to practice safe form and technique! The parents’ workout runs for 60 minutes, and you can register for 1-5 times per week.
