All of our Programs are periodized throughout the full year to help with gains within mobility, strength, balance and over-all health and fitness.

  • Fit 4 Life

    Training focused on introducing and continually improving all aspects of physical fitness with the primary goal of keeping you healthy and enjoying everything life has to offer.
    Led by one of Craven SPORT services certified Strength and Conditioning Coaches the small group is lead through various styles of workouts in a gym setting that will help you attain and maintain your health and fitness goals – all while educating you on “how to” maintain technical excellence!
    *Completion of the Intro Package is required to join this program.

    Mondays & Thursdays from 6:00pm-7:00pm

    Mondays & Thursdays from 7:00pm-8:00pm

    1x/Week: $198.00 + GST/12 weeks of training

  • Strong(Her)

    Work with other women who are empowered to get stronger!
    This beginner program is designed by women, for women and is taught by one of our Strength and Conditioning Coaches. Learn to lift weights with proper technique to get stronger. Learn to feel comfortable and confident lifting weights on your own.

    Phase 1: For first time entrants into the program. Focus is on proper technique and the basics of weight lifting and movement.

    Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:00pm-8:00pm

    Phase 2: For those wishing to continue in the Strong(HER) program after completing Phase 1. *Strong(HER) Phase 1 is a requirement of Strong(HER) Phase 2.

  • Osteoarthritis Exercise Intervention Program

    Do you or does someone you know live with knee or hip Osteoarthritis?
    Craven SPORT services is pleased to be offering an Osteoarthritis Exercise Intervention Program, based on the GLA:D Canada osteoarthritis exercise program. The program combines education sessions and neuromuscular training over 8 weeks to provide an effective, evidence-based program for those with osteoarthritis.

    This program is now being run by a Physiotherapist! Which means you can submit your receipts to your insurance provider for reimbursement!

    Phase 1: For first time entrants into the program. Focus is on proper technique and the basics of movement for those with Osteoarthritis.
    Dates & Times:
    Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:30pm-6:30pm
    Price:
    1x/Week: $180.00 (no GST)/8 weeks of training
    2x/Week: $320.00 (no GST)/8 weeks of training (attending 2x/week is a 10% discount compared to 1x/week)
    *Includes 2 educational sessions

    Phase 2: For those wishing to continue in the OA Program after completing Phase 1.
    * The OA Program Phase 1 is a requirement of joining Phase 2.

  • Power to the Pelvis

    Don’t Run your Pelvis into the Ground!

    This program is designed for women wanting to re-introduce activity back into their routine and learn basic movement patterns!

    Bree Rutten and Angela Tryhuba have designed this program to help you get back to feeling healthy, so you can keep up with your kids, family, work, and life!
