Small Group Training

In our Small Group Training Sessions, there are set programs that run for one hour on different days and multiple times throughout the week. The Small Group Training sessions are offered 6 days per week, Monday to Saturday.

  • Small Group Training: Programs A,B,C

    All of the training sessions for our Small Group Training: Programs A,B,C  will have a similar periodized focus each month, with the training programs updated and progressed each month based on the periodized plan to improve mobility, strength, balance and overall health and fitness.

     

    Simply sign up for the training times that you want through-out the week. This allows you to have diversity within your workouts or focus on one of the specific program plans.
    The training programs will be as follows:

     

    PROGRAM A: Monday & Friday

    PROGRAM B: Tuesday & Thursday

    PROGRAM C: Wednesday & Saturday

     

    To join our Small Group Training Sessions, the Intro Package must be completed OR a referral by a Craven SPORT services’ Physiotherapist must be made.

     

    Days and Times:
    Monday: 10:30am, 12:30pm, 5:30pm
    Tuesday: 6:00am, 12:00pm, 7:30pm
    Wednesday: 10:30am, 12:30pm, 8:00pm
    Thursday: 6:00am, 12:00pm
    Friday: 10:30am, 12:30pm, 5:30pm
    Saturday: 1:00pm

    1x/week: $66.00 + GST/month
    2x/week: $120.00 + GST/month
    3x/week: $162.00 + GST/month
    Drop in Rate: $18.00 per class!

  • Small Group Training: Strong(HIM)

    Our Small Group Training – Strong(HIM) program is designed by men, for men, and is taught by one of our Strength and Conditioning Coaches. Learn to lift weights with proper technique to get stronger and learn to feel comfortable and confident lifting weights on your own. Improve your strength!

     

    These male only small group training sessions run 2x/week.  However, if you would like to come 3x/week, you are more than welcome to join another Small Group Training (Program A,B,C) group, available at multiple times throughout the week.

     

    Days and Times:
    Thursday: 8:00–9:00pm
    Saturday: 11:30am–12:30pm

     

    Where: Craven on 1st (#10-632 1st Ave N)

  • Small Group Training: Strong(HER) Phase 2

    Work with other women who are empowered to get stronger!

     

    This beginner program is designed by women, for women and is taught by one of our Strength and Conditioning Coaches. Learn to lift weights with proper technique to get stronger. Learn to feel comfortable and confident lifting weights on your own.

    StrongHER Phase 2 is for those wishing to continue in the Strong(HER) program after completing Phase 1. *Strong(HER) Phase 1 is a requirement of Strong(HER) Phase 2.

     

    These female only Small Group Training sessions run 2x/week. If you would like to come 3x/week, you are more than welcome to join another Small Group Training (Program A,B,C) group available at multiple times throughout the week.

  • Small Group Training: Cycling

    Our Small Group Cycling Training sessions are as close as you can get to real biking!
    Bring your own Bike Trainer and complete bike challenges as a group using our PerfPRO Monitoring software with live feedback.
