In our Small Group Training Sessions, there are set programs that run for one hour on different days and multiple times throughout the week. The Small Group Training Sessions will be offered 6 days per week, Monday to Saturday. The training programs will be as follows:
– Monday/Friday – Training Program A
– Tuesday/Thursday – Training Program B
– Wednesday/Saturday – Training Program C
All of the training programs will have a similar periodized focus each month with the training programs updated and progressed each month based on the periodized plan to improve mobility, strength, balance and over-all health and fitness. Simply sign up for the training times that you want through-out the week. This allows you to have diversity within your workouts or focus on one of the specific program plans.
To join our Small Group Training Sessions, the Intro Package must be completed OR a referral by a Craven SPORT services’ Physiotherapist must be made.
1x/week: $66.00 + GST/month
2x/week: $120.00 + GST/month
3x/week: $162.00 + GST/month
