Small Group Training

In our Small Group Training Sessions, there are set programs that run for one hour on different days and multiple times throughout the week. The Small Group Training sessions are offered 6 days per week, Monday to Saturday.

  • Small Group Training

    All of the training programs for our Small Group Training sessions will have a similar periodized focus each month with the training programs updated and progressed each month based on the periodized plan to improve mobility, strength, balance and over-all health and fitness.
    Simply sign up for the training times that you want through-out the week. This allows you to have diversity within your workouts or focus on one of the specific program plans.
    The training programs will be as follows:

    – Monday/Friday – Training Program A
    – Tuesday/Thursday – Training Program B
    – Wednesday/Saturday – Training Program C

    To join our Small Group Training Sessions, the Intro Package must be completed OR a referral by a Craven SPORT services’ Physiotherapist must be made.

    Days and Times:
    Monday: 7:00am, 10:30am, 12:30pm, 5:30pm
    Tuesday: 6:00am, 12:00pm, 8:00pm
    Wednesday: 7:00am, 10:30am, 12:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm
    Thursday: 6:00am, 12:00pm
    Friday: 7:00am, 10:30am, 12:30pm, 5:30pm
    Saturday: 1:00pm

    Price:
    1x/week: $66.00 + GST/month
    2x/week: $120.00 + GST/month
    3x/week: $162.00 + GST/month
    Drop in Rate: $18.00 per class!

  • Small Group Training - STRONGHIM

    Our Small Group Training – StrongHIM is designed by men for men and is taught by one of our Strength and Conditioning Coaches. Learn to lift weights with proper technique to get stronger and learn to feel comfortable and confident lifting weights on your own. Improve your strength!
    These male only small group training sessions run 2x/week only, however if you want to come 3x/week, you are more than welcome to join another Small Group Training time that runs throughout the week!

    Days and Times:
    Thursday: 8:00pm
    Saturday: 11:30am

    Price:
    1x/week: $66.00 + GST/month
    2x/week: $120.00 + GST/month
    3x/week: $162.00 + GST/month

  • Small Group Cycling Training

    Our Small Group Cycling Training sessions are as close as you can get to real biking!
    Bring your own Bike Trainer and complete bike challenges as a group using our PerfPRO Monitoring software with live feedback.

    Saturday: 2:00pm
