Progressional training

Progressional Training provides CSS clients with the opportunity to work on periodized programs, updated as the individual gains strength and confidence in movement. Periodized programs will reflect loads and repetitions appropriate to the individual’s current fitness level, and will be completed under the supervision of a CSS Strength & Conditioning Coach.

This evidence-based model for Strength and Conditioning ensures the perfection of foundations, followed by movement through the macro-training components of strength, power, and endurance.


 

Cancellation Policy: Craven SPORT services has a cancellation policy of 12 hours notice for all Training Centre Classes. Clients who fail to give the required 12 hours notice  will be charged in full for the value of the class. CSS Training Centre Classes include: Supervised Training, Progressional Training, Athlete Supervised Training, Learn to Move, High Performance Training, Strong(HIM) and Strong(HER) Phase 2.

  • Progressional Training: Flex Training Times

    Available daily during our ‘Flex Training’ periods, Progressional Training sessions will allow clients to progress their periodized programming, under the guidance and supervision of a CSS Strength and Conditioning Coach.

     

    Sessions are 60 minutes in duration, and begin every half hour during Flex Training.

     

    Please note: To partake in our Progressional Training program, clients must first complete an Intro Package with a CSS Strength & Conditioning Coach.

     


     

    Flex Training times: 

    Mondays: 6:00-8:30am, 9:30am-1:00pm, 5:00-6:30pm

     

    Tuesdays: 6:00-8:30am, 9:30am-1:00pm, 5:00-7:00pm

     

    Wednesdays: 6:00-8:30am, 9:30am-1:00pm, 8:00-9:00pm

     

    Thursdays: 6:00-8:30am, 9:30am-1:00pm, 5:00-7:00pm

     

    Fridays: 6:00-8:30am, 9:30am-1:00pm, 5:00-6:30pm

     

    Saturdays: 10:30-11:30am

     

     

    Price:

    20-pack: $300.00 ($15.00/session); approx. 2 months of training, approx. 2 programs

    100-pack: $1350.00 ($13.50/session); approx. 1 year of training; approx. 12 programs

  • Progressional Training: Strong(HIM)

    Our Progressional Training: Strong(HIM) program is designed by men, for men, and is taught by one of our Strength and Conditioning Coaches. Learn to lift weights with proper technique to get stronger and learn to feel comfortable and confident lifting weights on your own. Improve your strength!

     

    These male only Progressional Training sessions run 2x/week. If you would like to attend additional training sessions, you are more than welcome to join another Progressional Training group during our daily Flex Training times.

     

    Days & Times:

    Tuesdays: 7:30–8:30pm

    Saturdays: 11:30am–12:30pm

  • Progressional Training: Strong(HER) Phase 2

    Work with other women who are empowered to get stronger!

     

    This beginner program is designed by women, for women and is taught by one of our Strength and Conditioning Coaches. Learn to lift weights with proper technique to get stronger. Learn to feel comfortable and confident lifting weights on your own.

    StrongHER Phase 2 is for those wishing to continue in the Strong(HER) program after completing Phase 1. *Strong(HER) Phase 1 is a requirement of Strong(HER) Phase 2.

     

    These female only Progressional Training sessions run 2x/week. If you would like to attend additional training sessions, you are more than welcome to join another Progressional Training group during our daily Flex Training times.

  • Progressional Training: Cycling

    Our Progressional Training: Cycling sessions are as close as you can get to real biking!

     

    Bring your own Bike Trainer and complete bike challenges as a group using our PerfPRO Monitoring software with live feedback.
