Join Craven SPORT services and lululemon Saskatoon for this FREE 1-hour workshop! Kim Fraser, CSS Physiotherapist, will lead the group through breath-work, postural awareness, and strength training to get you ready for your next run!

 

WHERE TO MEET: We will begin this workshop at lululemon Saskatoon (118 21st St E, Saskatoon, SK S7K 0B6), then walk as a group to Kiwanis Memorial Park for the 1-hour workshop. Please note: In the case of poor weather, the event will occur entirely at the CSS Training Centre (#10-632 1st Avenue North, Saskatoon). Participants will be notified in advance of the workshop if it will not take place outdoors.

WHAT TO BRING: As this workshop does include some body-weight strength-training exercises, we recommend that participants wear comfortable and flexible clothing. Dress for the weather! You may want a light jacket or sweater to wear during the postural and breath components of the workshop. Please bring a yoga mat to sit on during the workshop.
